I have personally experienced the restriction diets, cutting out whole food groups, calorie counting and demonising certain foods. I promise you - this guide will not be that.

I am Vera Brown - weight loss and health transformation coach for women over 40. I will not tell you to measure everything you eat, obsess over every calorie, or "just eat less" - because I know that does not work long term. How do I know? I lost 75 pounds in my 30s doing exactly that. And then gained every single pound back. And then some.

What I share in this guide is a completely different approach. One that not only gets results, but produces results that last - because in midlife, that is exactly what we actually want. Not just to lose weight quickly, but to genuinely transform our health so our bodies can support us through everything we still want to do and be and experience.
