Hi, I am Vera. And I have been exactly where you are.

I spent decades struggling with my weight. I tried the quick fixes, the shakes, the tracking apps, the strict programmes. Some of them worked — until they did not. In my mid-40s, during perimenopause, I decided I was done.

Done with feeling bad about myself. Done with low confidence. Done with restrictive quick-fix diets that treated me like a problem to be solved rather than a person to be supported.

I lost over 100 pounds naturally — without pills, injections, procedures, extreme diets or calorie counting of any kind. Over 2.5 years. During perimenopause. And I have kept it off.

This podcast is everything I wish I had been told. Real tools for nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management, motivation and mindset — shared with no shame, no judgement and not pretending any of this is easy.
