I am Vera Brown, weight loss and health transformation coach for women over 40. I am not a doctor or a registered dietitian. What I am is a woman who spent two decades in the struggle, and finally found a real, lasting way forward.

I lost 75 pounds in my 30s following someone else's extreme rules. Then I gained every single pound back. Then in my mid-40s, during perimenopause, I lost over 100 pounds naturally using my own Standards Over Rules Method, and I have kept it off ever since.

No pills. No injections. No calorie counting. No self-punishment. I know what works because I have lived it.
