FYOURI stands for Find YOUR Independence. From cravings.
When a craving hits, you spin the wheel. Fyouri gives you a science-backed reset chosen for that exact moment, then stays with you while you do it. No shame. No tracking. No restriction.
Fyouri is a craving reset app built specifically for women. No exhausting logging, no obsessive tracking. Just a fast, personalized reset, every time a craving hits.
Stress, boredom, habit or hormones. You open Fyouri instead of reaching for food.
Fyouri's reset wheel gives you one science-backed strategy, chosen for this exact moment.
She doesn't just suggest. A breathing guide that breathes with you. A timer that holds the moment with you.
The craving passes, or you make a conscious choice. Either way, you're in control. That's the win.
Most tools tell you what might help and leave you to it. Fyouri doesn't. If the wheel lands on breathing, there's an animated guide that breathes with you in real time. If it lands on a meditation, it's already loaded and ready to press play.
Once you're set up, add your own go-to option to the wheel, something you already know works for you, personalized entirely to fit your preferences and your life.
Here's how Fyouri compares to the things you've probably already tried.
Every dragon has a treasure it protects fiercely. For Fyouri, that treasure is you, your calm, your peace of mind, your sense of being enough, exactly as you are.
When that treasure feels threatened by stress, exhaustion or simply a hard day, cravings ignite. Fiercely. Fyouri understands that fire, because she carries it too. Instead of shaming it, she helps you meet it with compassion, so the fire can soften.
Fierce when you need strength. She never lets shame take hold.
Calm when you need steadiness. She guides each reset with patience and zero judgment.
Present for every step. She remembers your journey and celebrates your wins.
I didn't build Fyouri because I researched a market gap. I built her because I needed her myself, and because nothing I had ever tried actually met me in the moment a craving hit.
I was staying with friends. It was nine in the evening. I'd had a lovely dinner, I was genuinely full, and there I was, standing in front of a cupboard of candied walnuts I'd resisted for days.
I wasn't hungry. This wasn't about the food. And I stood there, completely puzzled by my own behavior.
If you've had a version of this moment, you're not alone, and you're not broken. It's exactly the moment Fyouri exists for.
🎙️ Hear how it ended, on the podcast →"They're just nuts. Nuts are healthy fats. They're organic. A few won't hurt."
That's the script that played in my head. Not because I was hungry. Because a craving doesn't ask permission.
Have you had a version of this moment? Full, satisfied, and still reaching for something, not quite understanding why?
That walnut cupboard moment is what made me realize something else: every time I'd looked for help with cravings before, I'd only ever been offered two choices. Both of them were wrong.
You struggle in the dark, completely alone, carrying the guilt entirely by yourself.
You're pushed into the leaderboard, the streaks, competing with strangers over something deeply personal.
Fyouri lives in the middle. Private, not lonely. Just you and her, with zero performance.
You're handed a research-backed protocol with zero room for your specific life or preferences.
You're told to "just listen to your intuition," exactly when decision fatigue makes that hardest to access.
Fyouri lives in the middle. Science-backed, in the moment, entirely yours to personalize to fit your preferences and your life.
I'm Vera Brown, Weight Loss, Health and Fitness Coach for women 40 and above. I'm not a tech founder who ran market research and spotted an opportunity. I built Fyouri because it's the tool I wish I'd had during my own decades-long struggle with my weight and health, and the tool I still reach for today.
I now help other women lose weight and transform their health through my coaching work using my own Standards Over Rules Method. Fyouri grew directly out of that work, built from lived experience first, and shaped by everything I've learned coaching women just like you ever since.

Even just the act of spinning the wheel, seeing Fyouri look back at me, warm and a little playful, took a moment that always felt heavy and turned it into something I felt I could actually handle.
An early Fyouri beta tester
I sat down and recorded the whole story, behind the scenes, completely honestly: where Fyouri came from, why I built her, and how she's already changed how I personally experience cravings.
If anything on this page resonates, this episode goes deeper than anything written here.
Not even a little. Fyouri is a craving reset tool, not a diet. There is no calorie counting, no food tracking, no good foods or bad foods, and absolutely no restriction. The whole point is to help you meet a craving moment with compassion and science. Whatever happens after is entirely your choice, and either outcome is a win.
Then you chose consciously, and that's still a win. Fyouri has a "conscious choice" outcome built right into the wheel. If you try a reset and still want what you were craving, you sit down, slow down, and enjoy it with zero guilt. That isn't failure. That's the whole philosophy.
Absolutely not. No calorie counting, no macros, no logging, no streaks to feel bad about breaking. Fyouri isn't a leaderboard or a public tracker. This is private, personal work, never a performance.
Fyouri is built with deep care, and I'm proud of that. However, if you are currently experiencing or recovering from an eating disorder, I warmly encourage you to work with a qualified healthcare professional who can give you the specialised support you deserve. Fyouri is a wellness companion, not a clinical tool, and your wellbeing always comes first.
I'm keeping the group intentionally small right now while I gather honest feedback. While beta is open, you get full access to everything, completely free, with no obligation or commitment once it closes. Eventually there will be free and paid tiers, the way most apps work, but that's not something to worry about today.
No. Fyouri works on any smartphone, laptop or desktop browser right now, no download required, though you can add her to your home screen for the fuller experience. She isn't yet on the App Store or Google Play, that's coming as part of full launch, but isn't live just yet.
Reach out to me directly at [email protected]. I read every email and will get back to you personally. No bots, no support tickets, just a real conversation.
