In my 30s, I followed a strict restrictive programme and lost 75 pounds. I thought I had finally done it. Then I gained every single pound back. The Standards Over Rules Personal Roadmap you receive afterwards is written specifically for you, not adapted from a template. No two are the same.

What if I have already tried everything and nothing has worked? +

Then you are exactly who this session is for. The women who get the most from our conversation are almost always the ones who have tried the most and are the most frustrated. We will go through what you have tried, understand specifically why it did not work for your body and your life, and identify what is actually right for where you are now. Having tried a lot is not a disadvantage. It means you already know what does not work, which is genuinely useful information.

How does booking work exactly? +
