My weight loss story - losing 100+ pounds in my 40s!

My health transformation has focused on nutrition, fitness, stress management / sleep and mindset. Not only have I lost 100+ pounds in my 40s, but I have kept it off, completely changed my body composition (hello muscle!!) and built a life that I'm truly happy with and a body I'm grateful for! I'm on a mission to help you do the same!

I know exactly how it feels to be stuck in that cycle of making short-term progress while feeling miserable, only to put all the weight back on again! For years, I tried everything to get healthier and lose weight, yet nothing ever seemed to click. I’d start strong, full of hope, only to end up frustrated and disappointed with myself and my body. It wasn’t that I didn’t care or wasn’t trying hard enough, I just didn’t know where to begin or what truly worked for me! Or how to deal with the inevitable plateaus! Or what health advice to trust!

But I knew, I WAS DONE! and wanting real long-lasting change! I was done with the shame, done with hating my body, and done with hiding from the world... Here is my story!

Having spent decades struggling with my weight and trying all sorts of quick fixes, programs, methods and diets, I have finally not only successfully lost more than 100 pounds in my 40s, but kept it off!!

My strategies, coaching and personalized advice is based on expert research, but it is first and foremost my own lived experience!

I know firsthand the deeply personal struggles of losing weight, and keeping it off! I know what it feels like to want to transform your health and try various diets and methods only to put the weight back on! I struggled for years until I finally found what's worked for me!

I know my method and strategies work, because I've lived them!

No Shame, No Judgment, just motivation and support!

I know firsthand that working with a nutritionist, personal trainer, or other expert who has never struggled with their weight can at best feel like it lacks the real empathy and understanding of the challenges of losing weight successfully and at worst feel demotivating, condescending and even just bad!

I know first hand that to get your health right, you need to come from a place of self-love and appreciation! Not shame, embarrassment or fear!

Think of me as your BFF, health coach, shoulder to lean on, and healthy friend who's sharing all the strategies that can help you completely transform not only your weight, but your health and your life!
